Abstract

Lombok is in an area where the risk of earthquakes is quite high. Considering that this earthquake can cause building collapse, the Mataram Bapelkes Training Building must be planned taking into account the earthquake load. According to the map of Indonesia's maximum earthquake acceleration in PPTI-UG (1983) in the 2017 earthquake map, Lombok is in earthquake area 3, where this value indicates an area with moderate earthquake risk. The appropriate methods for designing buildings involving earthquake loads in the calculations are the equivalent static method and the spectrum response method. The software used in this research uses SAP 2000 V21. From the results of the research carried out, the amount of massparticipation in the x- and y-direction of 99% meets the requirements. Comparison of the analysis of the equivalent static method (VS) with the response spectrum method (VD), namely VD > VS. The drift ratio occurred in the 2nd floor column, F11, in the x-direction of 54.66 mm, and in A1a in the y-direction of 56.78 mm. The maximum moment force value is 115941.4 kgf-m on the 2nd floor, the maximum normal force is 2051.19 kgf-m on the rooftop, and the maximum shear force is 94478.29 kgf-m on the 2nd floor. For the column structure, it produces the maximum moment of 130227.7 kgf-m in the YZ B direction, the maximum normal force of 176298.5 kgf-m in the YZ E direction, and the maximum shear force of 50768.89 kgf-m in the YZ C direction. Beam-bending reinforcement The maximum is 5332.011 mm2, which occurs on the 2nd floor, and the maximum column shear reinforcement is 4.515 mm2. The maximum reinforcement value in frame 2161, showing that the Mn value is4072,746 kgf-m.
