Implementasi Perda Provinsi NTB Nomor 5 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pencegahan Perkawinan Pada Usia Anak Di Desa Suwangi, Kecamatan Sakra, Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Marriage ia a bond that gives birth to the family as an element in social and state life, which is regulated by the of law, both Islamic law and positive law (state). To form a marriage in the Marriage Law, conditions have been set, such as regarding the age limit to be able to marry (material requirement), one of the provisions regarding the minimum age limit contained in Article 7 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law. Indonesia Number 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage “Marriage is permitted if a man and woman reach the age of 19 (nineteen) years”. The research with the little Implementation of NTB Provincial Regulation No.5 of 2021 concerning Prevention of Child Marriage Has a Problem formulation How is the regulation of preventing child marriage according to NTB Provincial Regulation No.5 of 2021 regarding prevention of child marriage? And How is the implementation of Regional Regulation No.5 of 2021 regarding the prevention of child marriage in Suwangi village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency?. The purpose of study was to determine the regulation of preventing child marriage according to local regulation No.5 of 2021 regarding prevention of child marriage and to determine the implementation of local regulation No.5 of 2021 regarding prevention of child marriage in Suwangi village, Sakra Sub-District, East Lombok District. This study uses qualitative methods. The sources of data used are primary and secondary data, as well as data, and the intenet related to research in Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, which relates to data extracted, namely marriage at the age of children, and the NTB Provincial Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning the prevention of child marriage. The date will be analyzed by descriptive method.Based on the data analysis carried out, it was concluded that based on the results of the study, he regulation on preventing child marriage according to the NTB Provincial Regulation No.5 of 2021 concerning the prevention of child marriage is in accordance with the provisions of Law No.6 of 2019 concerning amendement to the law. Law No.1 of 1974 concerning marriage which determines the minimum age of marriage is 19 years and the implementation of the Provincial Regulation of NTB No.5 of 2021 concerning preventation of child marriage in Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency has accommodated in the form of village Regulation No.7 of 2021 concerning Prevention of child marriage.
